Ray’s previous experience was in production management and personnel.
He has extensive experience in business planning, management and development.
Ray has been involved in business training for 20 years. Ray holds a Diploma in Community Development and is a member of the Institute of Business Advisors.

Jayne was appointed as Business Development Manager for Coleraine Enterprise Agency in 1994. Prior to joining the team at CEA she worked in the field of sales and marketing. Jayne’s role within the company is to provide support, consultancy and training to a broad range of target groups including women, the long term unemployed, farm families, youth, the social economy, pre-start and established businesses.
Jayne holds diplomas in Marketing and Community Development Practice and is an accredited trainer and business counsellor. She is also a member of the Institute of Business Advisors.

Linda was appointed Training officer with Coleraine Enterprise Agency in August 2003. Prior to joining the team Linda worked for 2 years at Moyle Enterprise Agency. Her job includes the design and delivery of IT Training courses along with the recruitment and administration that accompany this.
Linda trains business people in groups or in one to one mentoring sessions, and has delivered training to women’s groups and rural groups. She is also an associate member of the Institute of Business Advisors.

Rhonda was appointed as Rural Business Advisor for Coleraine Enterprise Agency in 2004. Prior to joining the team she was Development Officer for the General Consumer Council of Northern Ireland. Rhonda’s role within the company is to support the establishment and growth of rural based enterprises within the borough and promote CEA’s range of economic development initiatives.
Rhonda holds a Msc in Rural Development and is an accredited trainer and business counsellor. She is also an associate member of the Institute of Business Advisors.

Anne has been with the company since 1992. She is responsible for administration duties in CEA and will normally be the first point of contact for anyone making an enquiry with the Agency.
